Where can I legally use my medicine?
Patients Shall Not: Engage in the medical use of marijuana in a way that endangers the health or well-being of any person; or engage in the medical use of marijuana in plain view of, or in a place open to, the general public; or use medical marijuana in a car. Law enforcement has informed the Medical Marijuana Registry of the following: Any place outside of the patient's home is considered public. "In plain view" also includes the patient's yard or garage if that patient can be seen using medicine by neighbors.
How do you protect my confidentiality?
Your confidentiality is protected by law and by the Medical Marijuana Registry. The Acceptus Group does not share information with anyone. Law enforcement may only contact the registry to verify the information on a specific identification card.
What is the difference between Indica and Sativa?
Indica and Sativa are the two main varieties of the cannabis plant used as medicine.
How much does it cost to become a Member at The Acceptus Group?
There are no fees associated with membership at The Acceptus Group, member patients are rewarded with discounts and benefits when they designate the Acceptus Group as their state-registered Medical Marijuana Primary Center.
Do you offer vegan or gluten free edibles?
We do try to offer a variety of edibles for patients with dietary concerns, please be advised that inventory does fluctuate, feel free to contact us any time.

What kinds of medicine do you carry?
We carry medicines with a variety of delivery systems. Our inventory includes a number of proprietary and rare strains of traditional marijuana for smoking and vaporizing. We also have a full line of edibles and tinctures for oral consumption; ranging from THC infused drinks to chocolates. We strive in providing high quality medicines that provide a consistent dosage to serve your medical needs. Is there a limit to the amount of medicine I can buy at one time?
Yes, according to COLORADO AMENDMENT 20:
"A patient may engage in the medical use of marijuana, with no more marijuana than is medically necessary to address a debilitating medical condition. A patient's medical use of marijuana, within the following limits, is lawful: (I)No more than two ounces of a usable form of marijuana."
What are the benefits of using a medical marijuana center?
If you are unable or unwilling to grow your own medicine, caregivers and dispensaries (centers) can assist you by providing a wide selection of medicine for patients.
